• This order facility handles orders from the U.S. and its territories only.  Outside the United States, please contact Shakespeare by phone (803-227-1590), fax (803-419-3099), or letter (see address at bottom of this page) so that appropriate export documents can be prepared.
  
  
• To place an order and pay by check or money order, please print out the form after choosing the items you want, instead of submitting it, and send the printout with your payment. Your order will be shipped when your payment is received.
  
  
• Sales taxes apply to orders from the states of California (7.75%), Washington (6%), and South Carolina (5%). The amount to be charged, including taxes and shipping and handling charges, is stated on the final checkout form.

Shakespeare Electronic Products Group will normally ship your order within three working days.  If any items are out of stock or otherwise delayed in shipment, we will notify you via email, letter, fax, or phone.  All items are shipped from our warehouses in South Carolina.  Please allow sufficient time for arrival.

How we ship
Shipments are made by U.S. Postal Service or UPS, depending on the size of the shipment and its destination.  If ordering large items, such as antenna tip whips, please supply a street address rather than a post office box.
